Refund policy

Most media and collectible items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged please let us know so we can remedy the situation.

If you need to cancel or modify your order and it has not already been shipped, please notify us as quickly as possible at shop@blurrmachine.com 

Orders placed for apparel items within the US can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days, so long as the item is returned in new condition. Please contact us to coordinate an exchange.
