Shipping policy

All orders ship via USPS or UPS - timelines shown at checkout are TRANSIT times. In stock orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship based on the stated release date. When you pay for the shipping, you are paying for the transit service from the USPS once they receive the item, and the materials and handling for packing your order.  We are a boutique company and as such may require longer to ship orders depending on a variety of factors. We generally ship several times a week. It should be noted that in the past years, tracking with USPS has updated late or sometimes not at all – even after delivery. Please do contact us if you have received tracking, and the item hasn’t arrived within 15 days. Receiving an ‘Order Completed’ email that includes tracking generally signifies an order will leave our shop within a few days. Blurr Machine cannot be held liable for procedural errors involving shipments. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us within 5 days from receipt of item(s) so that we may promptly discuss how to make you happy!

Please note, we are only shipping Domestically within the US at this time. International shipping options are forthcoming.
